Kashrus Consulting aims to provide affordable housing by merging ethical investment with effective design practices, thereby simplifying both the development process and the structure itself. Working with our professional peers, we are part of an exciting urban transformation. The exterior features traditional 19th-century pressed-red bricks, emphasizing the interaction with the streetscape. Comprising 27 apartments that vary from compact 34 sqm studios to spacious 80 sqm two-bedroom units, the building showcases sustainable design principles, achieving a 7.5-star NatHERS thermal rating, being completely fossil fuel-free, offering no private parking, and providing access to 15 car-share vehicles. This project is dedicated to fostering a diverse, cohesive, and connected community, delivering 27 homes that embody comfort, delight, and functionality, hallmarks of our practice.
